In case of a physical/ video call /audio call appointment, if you cancel within 6 hrs, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with our service write to us at refunds@happyfacess.com. We will look into the issues and process the refund request on a case by case basis.

After 24hrs of availing of the service, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.
