What services do you provide?

Currently, we have three services: a listening service by volunteers, a social network platform, and a companion service for your day-to-day help, support, and companionship.

Generally, appointment timings for listening services (physical meetings) are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Timings for telephonic appointments can be flexible based on the availability of volunteers. Timing for companion services depends on the user's requirements, duration, and volunteer availability. Our social networking platform is open 24x7

How can your listening services help me?

The listening service involves trained and empathetic volunteers who are available to listen to users who need someone to talk to. This will make you feel relaxed and at ease and help you analyze your situation or whatever issue is concerning you. Ultimately, in the end, they will try to provide independent advice, if any.

Can I talk just to vent out?

Of course...You can!!! Our social platform allows users to vent out anonymously and it is completely free. You can also connect with our volunteers through telephonic or physical appointments.

How is your social network platform useful?

Our social networking platform allows users to connect with others anonymously and not anonymously. Users can participate in discussions and receive support from other users who are going through similar experiences.

What is companion service?

The companion service involves connecting users with a companion who can offer a helping hand, emotional support, and companionship.

Who can subscribe to companion service?

A companion service has been launched by us to help people in need. Whether a student, working professional, housewife, husband, or elderly person, anyone can opt for this service.

How will you ensure my privacy?

We don't store or share any customer data with us.

Can I discuss my sensitive personal issues?

You can share your personal issues without any hesitation.

Can you address my sexual concerns?

You can discuss the issues in detail. We will try to address the issues and provide independent advice if any.

Do you provide help in issues like domestic violence?

Yes, we will try to help you as much as possible.

Are your services LGBT friendly?

Yes, we are an LGBT-friendly community.

Do you provide couple counselling services?

Yes, we have specialized volunteers for couple counseling.

Do I need to consult a professional psychotherapist?

In the majority of cases, users don't require a professional psychotherapist. Only in extreme cases we recommend such consultations.

This agreement is binding in honour only, is not intended to be a legally binding contract between us and may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of either party.

Neither of us intends any employment relationship to be created either now or at any time in the future.

Recruitment and selection

Volunteers will be recruited and selected according to their suitability in helping meet the needs of planned activities. Volunteers should normally be over 18. If an applicant is under 18, the application should be discussed by members of the co-ordinating committee to ensure that sufficient guidance and support are in place. They will be interviewed by members of the co-ordinating committee and then approved volunteers will be inducted into the work.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Indian Union, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Happy Faces and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products/ services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Delhi and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
